AGDQ 2021 just wrapped up and brought in a whopping $2.7 million dollars for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. Games Done Quick puts on two major events every year with AGDQ and SGDQ. Even with the completely online conditions due to covid-19 the money donated still went up from last year and is great to see. We love Games Done Quick and how they bring the gaming community together for a very positive reason.
Games Done Quick for those of you that don’t know is an organization that highlights speedrunning games in order to raise money for charity. Volunteer speedrunners from across a vast variety of games come together to put on a show for the gaming community. There are generally fun incentives to give back to donators and give them something back for their support.
We are glad to see AGDQ continue to do well even through these hard times. Both events are always great for the gaming community and show the world what a great community we have. Thanks again GDQ for AGDQ 2021 even within the craziness that is toady and all that you do!
