The Roster changes just won’t stop throughout the Summer Split it seems. CLG Damonte is the next roster change to occur just days after CLG had released a video of post-game with the team where they were told changes would be coming in the future. That video has since been deleted after a negative response from the fans and people within the community alike.
Damonte took to Twitter announcing that he would be joining CLG and I for one can’t wait to see him back on the rift. While I don’t think he will magically make this CLG team good I am a big fan of Damonte as a player. While bringing in the now CLG Damonte may not fix this split, what it can do is set them up with a core for next year that already will have started to try and gel as a team.
Overall I personally want to see CLG Damonte succeed as well as the rest of the team. Almost all of the players have been around for a while and I feel that they need one last good push at being the best in the LCS. Will we get that probably not but my fingers are crossed either way.
