Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a visceral 4-player co-op action game set in the hive city of Tertium. Darktide is a first-person action game where you will fight hoards of enemies that almost reminds me of Doom but in a good way. The dark atmosphere and gore really make this look interesting.

While we didn’t get too much information from the trailer we saw the game looked beautiful and we can assume it will be very story-driven. Tess Devine and her mother, Opal, discover a cache of old notes and letters carefully stashed away in the attic of their house. Follow them on their journey to figure everything out and possibly find a lost treasure.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury

the game awards 2020

The Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury game features the same great co-op gameplay, creative levels and power-ups as the original game, but also so much more. Nintendo very rarely doesn’t deliver and having a great base in what was Super Mario 3D World will most likely make that stand true even more. We should be getting more information about the game soon so stay tuned.

Ark 2 + Ark The Animated Series

The Game Awards 2020 Game Announcements 6

Ark 2 was a pretty big surprise to most. Not only are we getting Ark 2 but we are also getting an animated series based on Ark itself. This is the first time we are really getting an animated series based on a video game and I think we have actually had to wait too long. There is so much potential with the series. Vin Diesel while not in the animated series will be the star of the game. Overall everything looked really promising for a good game.

Outriders

the game awards 2020

Outriders is an upcoming third-person shooter that looks super action pact. With a mantra like “Cover is for cowards”, “Powers on tap”, and “Kill to heal” you have to expect a ton of chaos. Evil Dead The Game

The Game Awards 2020 Game Announcements 7

Well damn this was unexpected and super exciting. As I said before I love horror everything so seeing an Evil Dead game will always peak my interest. Monster Hunter Rise is an upcoming action role-playing video game in the Monster Hunter series, developed and produced by Capcom for the Nintendo Switch. It has a set release date of March 26, 2021, and will surely be welcome by all the Monster Hunter fans out there. Most likely the same old formula will be used while adding in new monsters to fight. This isn’t a bad thing by any means as the Monster Hunter games work and are very fun.

Evil West

Another one of my favorites to be shown off at The Game Awards 2020 was Evil West. In visceral, explosive combat, unleash hell with your firearms, lightning-fueled gauntlet, and gadgets. Ruined King A League Of Legends Story

the game awards 2020

Unite your party of League of Legends champions and dive into the world in this turned-base combat game. Obviously, having League of Legends in the name will already turn heads as it did mine considering the game is so big. Being able to play with characters of the game in a totally different environment and game type has me very excited. We will get to see the League of Legends world in a way we never have before and that is the reason this is probably my favorite game of The Game Awards 2020.

Humankind

Humankind is an upcoming 4x game that is very comparable to the Civilization series. The game is set for release on April 22, 2021, and looks gorgeous.
